1. Shipping Coverage & Fees
- We ship within the United States only.
- Flat shipping fee: $9.99 per order, regardless of quantity or destination within the U.S.
- International orders are not supported. Orders with addresses outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive an order confirmation email.
You will receive a second email with tracking details once your order has shipped.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
- Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days after your order has been processed.
- Delivery times may vary by location and due to carrier delays. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
4. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, your order will include a tracking number sent via email. You can track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website using this number.
5. Delivery Limitations
- We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. Apeliot is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
6. Returns
You may return eligible items within 28 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or sent in error.
