  • For non-defective items, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • For defective or damaged items, Apeliot will cover the return shipping fees
  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 6–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item
  • Shipping fees and any customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) are non-refundable

5. Exchange Process

  • If you would like to exchange an item (e.g., for a different size or color), please follow the standard return process

  • Once we receive the original item, we will process the exchange and ship the new item
