1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and unworn
- Products must be in original condition and packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories must be included
We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Final sale products
- Customized or personalized items
- Gift cards or free promotional items
- Items that are worn, washed, or damaged (unless caused by shipping)
3. How to Start a Return
To begin the return process:
- Email support@apeliot.com with your order number and the reason for return
- We’ll send you detailed return instructions along with the return address
- Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back
Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:
- Contact us at support@apeliot.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
- Include clear photos of the issue
- Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund
5. Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You’ll get a confirmation email
- If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

- Contact your payment provider for processing status

7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
