At Apeliot, we want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a fair and straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving the product if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
  • All tags, accessories, and included items are intact
  • You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.

2. How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at support@apeliot.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for the return
  • Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)

We’ll respond with return instructions.
⚠️ Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Apeliot will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping.

4. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Gift cards or store credits
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you want a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
