Return & Refund Policy

At Apeliot, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your order, this policy explains how to return items and request a refund or replacement in a clear and simple way.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 28 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and unworn
  • Products must be in original condition and packaging
  • All tags, labels, and accessories must be included

We reserve the right to decline any return that does not meet these conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale products
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards or free promotional items
  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged (unless caused by shipping)

3. How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  1. Email support@apeliot.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. We’ll send you detailed return instructions along with the return address
  3. Use a trackable shipping method to send the item back

Note: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Contact us at support@apeliot.com within 28 days of receiving your order.
  • Include clear photos of the issue
  • Once confirmed, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund

5. Refund Timeline

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • You’ll get a confirmation email
  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


6. Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank or credit card account again
  • Contact your payment provider for processing status
  • Still no update? Email us at support@apeliot.com

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you’d like a different item, please return the original and place a new order separately.
