1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 28 days of receiving the product if the following conditions are met:
- The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- All tags, accessories, and included items are intact
- You provide valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Returns that do not meet these criteria may be declined or subject to a restocking fee.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@apeliot.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for the return
- Photos (if the item is defective or incorrect)
We’ll respond with return instructions.
⚠️ Do not send items back without authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping Costs
- If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Apeliot will cover the return shipping costs.
- For all other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you are responsible for the return shipping.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your return:
- We’ll notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Gift cards or store credits
- Downloadable or digital products
- Items marked “Final Sale” at time of purchase
