Orders

Q: Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
A: Yes, you can request a cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, as long as it hasn’t been processed or shipped. Please email us immediately at support@apeliot.com. Once the order is processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled, but you may initiate a return after delivery.

Q: How will I know my order was successful?
A: You’ll receive an order confirmation email with details as soon as your order is placed. You’ll get a second email with tracking information once the order is shipped.


Shipping

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: No, we currently ship only within the United States.

Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: A flat shipping fee of $9.99 applies to all orders, regardless of size or destination.

Q: How long will delivery take?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes an additional 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Q: Can I track my shipment?
A: Yes. A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.


Returns & Refunds

Q: What is your return policy?
A: You may return most items within 28 days of receiving the product, as long as they are unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Q: Who pays for return shipping?
A: If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or wrong item), we cover the cost. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Q: How long do refunds take?
A: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.


Payments

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, and PayPal.

Q: What currency do you accept?
A: All payments are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). International cards are accepted only for U.S. shipping addresses.

Q: Is my payment information secure?
A: Yes. All payments are encrypted with SSL and processed via PCI-DSS compliant gateways. We do not store full credit card details.
