Cancellation Policy

At Apeliot, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we offer a straightforward cancellation policy to help you make changes before your order ships.


1. When Can You Cancel an Order?

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped.

Once your order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. However, you may still return the item in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Note: Custom-made or personalized products cannot be canceled after purchase due to their unique nature.


2. How to Cancel an Order

To request a cancellation, please:

  1. Email us at support@apeliot.com
  2. Include your order number and a short note requesting cancellation
  3. We will check whether the item has already shipped
  4. If eligible, we’ll confirm your cancellation and issue a refund

3. Refunds for Canceled Orders

If your order is successfully canceled:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping fees will also be refunded if the order hasn’t shipped yet

If the item has already been shipped, you can request a return once you receive it.


4. Final Sale Items

Items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing checkout.


5. Wrong or Missing Items

If you receive:

  • An incorrect item, or
  • A shipment missing one or more items

Please contact us within 28 days of receiving your order at support@apeliot.com.

We will either:

  • Ship the missing or correct item at no additional cost, or
  • Issue a refund, based on availability and your preference
