1. Cancellation Requests

  • If your order has not yet shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  • If your order has already shipped, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you may return the item(s) in accordance with our [Returns & Refunds Policy].

2. Custom Orders

  • Custom or made-to-order items may be subject to different cancellation terms.
  • If you wish to cancel a custom order, please contact us as early as possible at [email protected].
  • If the product has been processed or shipped, you cannot cancel the order.
  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).

3. Cancellation Fees

  • No cancellation fees apply for orders canceled before shipment.
  • If your order has already shipped and you decide to return the item(s), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • For refused or unclaimed packages, return shipping fees and any deducted from your refund.

4. Refunds for Canceled Orders

  • If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method within 6–10 business days.
