Cancellation Policy

At Apeliot, we understand that plans may change. This policy outlines how and when you can cancel an order, and under what conditions.

1. Order Cancellation Window

You may request to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

⚠️ Note: Orders may begin processing shortly after placement. We recommend contacting us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

2. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel an order, email us at:
support@apeliot.com

Please include:

  • Your full name
  • Order number
  • Reason for cancellation

We will confirm if the order is eligible for cancellation and respond with next steps.

3. Orders That Cannot Be Canceled

We are unable to cancel an order if:

  • The order has already been processed or shipped
  • A tracking number has been issued
  • More than 24 hours have passed and order processing has begun

In these cases, you may proceed with our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.

4. Refunds for Approved Cancellations

If your cancellation request is approved:

  • A full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds typically take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider

5. Apeliot’s Right to Cancel Orders

Apeliot reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Suspected fraud or misuse
  • Inventory or availability issues
  • Technical or pricing errors
  • Policy or Terms of Service violations

If this occurs, you will be notified and refunded in full.
