These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Billing Terms”) apply to all purchases made on the Apeliot website. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB
  • PayPal

All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD). Your payment method will be charged once your order is confirmed.

2. Sales Tax

We collect and apply sales tax in accordance with applicable U.S. state and local tax laws. The correct tax amount will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

3. Accurate Billing Information

You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and account details when making a purchase.

We may cancel or delay an order if:

  • Fraudulent activity is suspected
  • The payment method is declined

We may contact you to resolve billing issues. If issues remain unresolved within a reasonable time, the order will be canceled.

After placing an order, you will receive:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy. Processing times may vary based on your financial institution.

If you believe there is an error or unauthorized charge, contact us at support@apeliot.com within 7 days of the transaction. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
